Are you a detailed, mature and self-motivated individual who desires working with animals on a daily basis?  If so, we are offering a friendly and clean working environment, a terrific team, and wonderful clients and patients to the right candidate!  Although considered an entry level position, possible advancement is also possible.  The HTA/KT is responsible for hospital sanitation, laundry, and the basic care and feeding of hospitalized patients and six resident felines. Qualified candidates will have previous animal handling experience, enjoy cleaning, and find satisfaction in a job well done no matter how small.  Additional qualifications include solid math, spelling, basic computer skills and some experience with receiving and inventory. Requirements include high school diploma or GED equivalent, current driver’s license, the ability to climb stairs, and use of entire body to lift up to 40 pounds alone.  Hours are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from approximately 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.  No weekends, Wednesdays or Holidays required.  Wages are based upon experience and skill set.  Personal pet benefits apply for professional services and products.  Please send brief cover letter and current resume to

Receptionist/Administrative Assistant – FT or PT

Busy, well-established single doctor office seeks candidate who enjoys people and their pets! We seek a passionate, confident and friendly pet person with a positive outlook; and a desire to produce high quality work.   This position assists in maintaining and building excellent client relations and compliance. Will assist in the promotion of superior patient care in all areas including wellness examinations, soft tissue surgery, dental cleanings, diagnostics, ultrasounds, and therapeutic laser treatments.  The successful candidate will possess 6 to 12 months of professional office experience, above average computer and keyboard skills; strong spelling and math abilities are necessary for check in and check out; will be flexible, organized, detailed and punctual to assist in opening/closing the hospital during the hours of 8:45 am to 7:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays; 8:45 am to 1:00 pm on Wednesdays; 8:45 am to 5:30 pm on Fridays.  No weekends required.  Part-time hours consist of a mix of morning and afternoons, 24 to 32 hours weekly.
